Intervention1: Patients receive additional onco-geriatric clinic support: Geriatric Assessment will be done by Practical Geriatric Assessment tool (recommended by ASCO) in the Onco-geriatric care. ?

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with histologically confirmed solid malignancies receiving first line chemotherapy for carcinoma breast (metastatic and adjuvant), metastatic carcinoma lung, metastatic GI malignancies (stomach, colon, pancreaticobiliary)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients receiving oral chemotherapy or single agent targeted therapy without chemotherapy shall be excluded.
