Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age group between 20 to 30 years 2. Both male and female 3. Willingness to participate in the study throughout the program 4. Normal physical senses 5. Participants who did not participate in any other research from last 1 year 6. Digit span test number error below 7

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any neurological condition 2. Any psychiatric disorder 3. Visual or hearing impairment 4. Any physical or mental disability restricting the implementation of exercise
