Intervention1: Hemodynamic response to magnesium sulphate versus clonidine: GROUP M will recieve 30mg/ Kg of magnesium sulphate in 20 ml normal saline over 10 minutes GROUP C will recieve 1 microg/ Kg

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I AND II AND BMI between 20-35 and elective laproscopic cholecystectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients not provinding consent Contraindication or allergy to any study drug patient with asthma, epilepsy , hemodynamic unsatble or deranged coagulation profile pregnant and lactating women patient with hypermagnesemia hypertension morbid obesity severe hepatic, renal, endocrine and cardiac dysfunction

to compare the mean arterial pressure at 5 minutes between two groupsTimepoint: to compare the mean arterial pressure at 5 minutes between two groups

MeasureTime frame
to compare the effect of clonidine & magnesium sulphate on post operative recovery such as time for extubation & time to verbal responseTimepoint: pain & sedation score assess in recovery room on arrival & after 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2hours, 3hours, 4 hours
