Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients willing to participate in trial Married women Adult female with age group of 21 to 45 years Patients presenting with following complaints Presence of cervical lesion in per speculum examination with pap smear and high vaginal swab culture and normal study Post coital bleeding Pain in vulvovaginal region during or after coitus P/V discharge (mucoid/ mucopurulent/ irritant/ offensive/blood stained) Oozing of the blood on rubbing the eroded area with gauze piece Itching in Vulvo vaginal region Burning micturition Lower backache
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient not willing for trial Unmarried Patient having systemic illness like DM Hypertension & tuberculosis Patient having infections of HIV, HCV, HBsAg, etc Patient taking OCP or having IUCD inserted Patient having malignancy of genital tract cervical polyp Patients having dysfunctional uterine bleeding such as metrorrhagia or menorrhagia Patient having surgical history related to cervix Post-menopausal Patient with anaemia. Pregnant and lactating women.
