Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 cough more than 8 weeks 2 IgE level increase more than 300IU ml 3 Runny nose with nasal turbinate 4 Controlled hypertensive and diabetic patient

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients suffering from tuberculosis, Lung cancer 2 Age below 18 years & above 60 Years. 3 Those having history of gastric Haemorrhage (Melena or Haematemesis) 4 Pregnancy. • Cough less than 8 weeks. • Patient having cough but not elevated IgE level.
