Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both men and women Chronic neck pain for =6 month Pain severity of =4 in NPRS (Numerical pain rating scale)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosis of cardiopulmonary diseaseSmoking habit and alcohol consumption Presence of traumatic cervical injuries Upper or lower respiratory tract infection within the past month Received any postural correction exercise for the past 6 month Regularly exercising habit Undergoing spinal and thoracic surgery Being obese [body mass index (BMI) =30 kg/m2 ] Presence of clinical abnormalities of the thoracic cage and vertebral column Presence of neurological disease, diabetes mellitus and malignancies Presence of professional industrial risks or severe co morbidities
