Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 29 to 60 years Normal Adults 2. Both Male and Female

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any history neck/thoracic pain within last 6 months. 2. History of cervical. thoracic or abdominal surgeries. 3. History headache in the past one year. HIT score greater than 50. 4. People with any underlying neurological, cardiovascular and musculoskeletal conditions. 5. Current pregnancy. 6. Any structural deformities of spine. 7. Any diagnosed case of cancer/tumor in the cervical region.
