Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The study included females who had Oligomenorrhea as per diagnostic criteria and who are willing to give consent for participation in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) People with sciatica and pulmonary congestion. 2) Menopause, had pregnancy in the last year, hormonal contraception use and psychotropic medication.
