Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having classical sign and symptoms of katigraha stiffness and pain Acute and subacute low back pain Oswestry low back pain disability questionnaire minimal to moderate disability Vas scale mild to moderate severity Katigraha score up to 3 grade Lumbar flexion 2cm to 4cm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Ankylosing spondylitis, spinal cord abscess or congenital abnormalities Injuries to intervertebral joints ligaments vertebral process fracture ruptured disc fracture of lumbar spine Diabetic and hypertensive patients Chronic low back pain Lumbar flexion more than 2 cm Immunosuppressive diseases
