Intervention1: Homoeopathic medicine Formica rufa: A single dose of Formica rufa 30 C orally will be given in 1st visit and the patient will be asked to come after 15 days, then monthly once a follow

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participant with arthritic symptoms of Formica rufa 2. Participant confirmed with knee OA on X-ray. 3. WOMAC score 60 to 81 4. Participants of any gender. 5. Age group 40 to 80 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with a history of knee surgery. 2. Participants with other known severe systemic illnesses like uncontrolled diabetes, malignant hypertension, and severe cardiac disease. 3. Participants with known severe degenerative changes and malignant disorders.
