Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Forearm and or Hand surgery BMI less than 30 ASA status I to III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pt with extensive injury to fingers where it may be difficult to assess motor block in hand Patient on Anticoagulant therapy Patients with previous surgery of ipsilateral clavicle COPD Pregnancy Contralateral Phrenic nerve palsy History suggestive of local anaesthetic allergy
