Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients willing to participate in study. Patients presenting the clinical features of Vatasthila (BPH) will be selected randomly irrespective of caste, religion and socio- economic status. Patients between the age group of 40 to 70 years. Patients having mild (1-7), moderate (8-19) International Prostate Symptoms Score of benign prostate hyperplasia will be included. Patients having high International Prostate Symptoms Score (20-35) with no other complications of benign prostate hyperplasia and not willing to undergo surgery. Patients with Controlled Diabetes Mellitus. Co-operative patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients not willing to participate in the study. Patients below the age of 40 years and above 70 years. Patients having hematuria. Patients with Uremia, Septicemia, Bladder Outlet Obstruction, Urethral Stricture, Renal Calculi, CA Prostate. Patients having major systemic illness like Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus. Immunocompromized patients. Patients with acute retention of urine who need surgical intervention. Non co-operative patients
