Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients presenting in the ENT department, with history of change in voice for more than three weeks and, a. Age more than or equal to 18 years b. Any gender

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with the following features are excluded from the study 1.All patients unwilling to take part in the said study, or not giving written consent for the study. 2.Patients diagnosed with : a. Laryngeal papillomatosis b. Carcinoma larynx c. Vocal cord palsy d. Thyroid swelling e. Have received proton pump inhibitors in last 15 days f. Neurological deficits causing change in voice g.Chronic pulmonary disease, asthma h. Previously operated for neck surgery
