Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having symptoms of Vataja grahani -Patients between age group 20-60 years will be selected. -Patients irrespective of sex, religion, occupation and chronicity will be selected for the study -Shirodhara arha -Nabhi basti arha

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Patients suffering from any other systemic disorders which interfere in the course of the disease and treatment. -Pregnant women
