Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) AGE: 21-60 years, irrespective of sex, religion and occupation 2) Patients having signs and symptoms of Kitibha Kushta (Psoriasis) (ICD-11 Psoriasis EA 90) 3) Patients who are Snehapana yogya and Virechana yogya

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Lactating and pregnant women. 2) Patients suffering from uncontrolled diabetes and hypertension, Renal disease, Liver disease, CAD, IHD, Cancer, Immune deficiency disorder like AIDS. 3) Other forms of psoriasis like Pustular psoriasis (EA 90.4) and Erythrodermic psoriasis (EA 90.3). 4) Patients showing complications of Psoriasis, Psoriatic Arthropathy with deformity, addiction to alcohol. 5) Patients having H/o. any allergy to the ingredients of Interventional drugs.

1. To reduce the clinical signs and symptoms of Kitibha Kushta (Psoriasis) - shyava, kinakharasparsha, ruksha, parusha, kandu. 2. To bring out the difference in the Psoriasis Area Severity Index (PASI) score. Timepoint: Baseline After 8 weeks After 14 weeks

To improve the– 1. Psoriasis Disability Index (PDI). 2. Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI) of Psoriatic patients. 3. Psoriasis Life Stress Inventory Scale (PLSI). Timepoint: Baseline After 14 weeks
