Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children with BMI of 18-25 kg/m2 Surgery lasting more than 1 hour Elective surgeries done using second generation supraglottic airway devices

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Parent refusal Complex congenital anomaly or systemic illness Congenital heart disease Surgery less than 1 hour Use of endotracheal tube intubation
