Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Professional male and female fast bowler ( District and state level player ) for the past one year. Actively participating in the competition at least for 6 months. Age between 18 to 35 zonal player

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Shoulder or leg injury in last 1 year.10 Lumbar disc herniation in last 1year.9 Any musculoskeletal disease in the previous 6 months.21 Amateur fast bowler.
