Inclusion criteria: All Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Nephrectomy Above (18) Years Of Age Patients Willing To Participate In Study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ALLERGIC TO DULOXETINE BMI .40 OR MORE LIVER DYSFUNCTION, CKD STAGE 3,4 PSYCHIATRIC DISORDER ALCOHOL ABUSE
