Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of either sex. 2. Patients of age group from 18 years to 70 years. 3. Patients belonging to American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA)  Grade I, II posted for surgery under GETA.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade III, IV patients 2. Pregnant patients  3. Patientâ??s refusal to participate in study. 4. Patients with known hypertension 5. Patients with past history of Cardiac disease or cerebrovascular disease 6. Patients with obesity 7. Patients with difficult airway

To compare the haemodynamic response (Pulse, SBP, DBP, MAP) to laryngoscopy and endotracheal intubation using McCoy laryngoscope and CMAC videolaryngoscope in normotensive patients undergoing general endotracheal anesthesia.Timepoint: To compare the haemodynamic response (Pulse, SBP, DBP, MAP) to  laryngoscopy and endotracheal intubation using McCoy laryngoscope and CMAC videolaryngoscope at baseline, 5 mins after injection fentanyl 2mcg/kg, 3.5mins after administration inj vecuronium, immediately after laryngoscopy, at 1min, 3 min ,5min, 10min, 15min and 20min after intubation
