Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Badminton and cricket players Male and female players aged between 18 to 25 years Normal player according to Asian BMI (18.5-22.9 Kg/m2) Able to perform 5 push-ups and plank for 15 seconds without any difficulty Grade-5 Manual Muscle Testing (MMT) of shoulder musculature Players with regular practice sessions of 1-2 hours and 3-4 times per week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Decreased Range of Motion (ROM) of shoulder Not participating in competition in last 3 months Acute injury or history of fracture of upper or lower limbs Any visual or hearing impairment Proprioceptive disorders and functional limitations History of surgery (Rotator cuff repair, implants for fractures etc.)
