Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American society of Anaesthesiology Grade I & II patients age 18-65 years scheduled for lower limb orthopedic surgery under subarachnoid block.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any known allergy to opiod or local onaesthetic 2. Contraindicatioin to spinal anaesthesia 3. Pregnant females 4. BMI

MeasureTime frame
onset and duration of sensory block and onset and duration of motor block.Timepoint: every 1 minute till 20 minutes and then after every 5 minutes till the highest level will be achieved—

Associated complication if any ? Nausea ? Vomiting ? Sedation ? Hypotentsion ? BradycardiaTimepoint: During the operating period;Changes in heamodynamic parametersTimepoint: Baseline reading will be noted and then observation will be recorded at an interval of 2 minute till 10 minutes and then after every 5 minutes till the end of surgery.—
