Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants willing to participate. Participants of all genders and within the age group of 19-25 years. Amateur sprinters and having a minimum of 1 year of experience in sprinting.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with lower extremity injury or surgery in past 1 year. Any diagnostic cases of neurological, musculoskeletal, cardiovascular conditions will be excluded. Participants engaged in other sports.
