Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Subjects of age group between 40-70 years of both genders who fit into diagnostic criteria of Asthikshaya. • Subjects of Osteoporosis with BMD T-score features of Osteopenia and Osteoporosis. • Subjects who were taking any medications interfering with the current study or nutritional supplements and have discontinued them one month prior to the study will be included. • Subjects who are willing to provide informed consent will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with any known case of systemic diseases which interfere with the disease process and the present clinical trial. • Subjects under cortico-steroid therapy. • Pregnant and lactating mothers.
