Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1-All patients with facial Fractures requires reduction and fixation. 2-Patients willing and able to provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1-All patients with facial fractures of conservative management. 2- Severe concomitant medical conditions that may affect the surgical outcome.
