Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Amateur badminton players Individuals understanding english, hindi, gujarati Individuals who have no restriction on physical exertion Individuals willing to sign consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cardiopulmonary and vascular conditions Neuromuscular, neurological or musculoskeletal conditions Individuals with a history of upper limb, lower limb or spinal surgeries within the last 6 months Individuals involved in any other study within the past one year
