Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Biopsy proven cancers of oral cavity Requiring pedicled PMMC flaps for reconstruction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Large oral cancers requiring free flaps Secondary primary with prior treatment with chemotherapy or radiotherapy Patients refusing to consent Unresectable disease
