Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Working minimum for 6 hours per day. Bankers with more than 2 years of experience Workers complaining of neck pain and shoulder pain Individuals willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals recently diagnosed with upper limb fractures Traumatic shoulder and neck pain Structural scoliosis Office workers who underwent surgery for the back, shoulder, neck, in preceding six months
