Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients having BMI more than 25Kg/m2 and less than 39.9Kg/m2 with 50% Classical signs and symptoms of Sandhigatvata like Vatapurna Druti Sparsha, Shotha, Akunchana Prasarana Pravruti Vedana etc. at the knee joints. 2. Patient of above symptoms with controlled hypertension and controlled diabetes mellitus Type 2 also be included. 3. Patients of either gender between age group of 30 - 60 years. 4. Patients without any anatomical deformity of knee joint. 5. Patients who are willing to participate in study and ready to give informed written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are not ready to comply the trial protocol. 2. The patients with known case of Aamavat, Vatarakt, Infective Arthritis. 3. Patients with fixed joint deformity. (Fixed Flexion Deformity) 4. Patients having BMI less than 25Kg/m2 and more than 39.9Kg/m2. 5. Patients not willing for follow up. 6. Patients below 30 and above 60 years of age 7. Patients suffering from any other systemic disorders like ischemic heart disease, chronic disorder like Nephrotic syndrome, Jaundice, Tuberculosis, Hepatitis, chronic infections and any other life-threatening disorders like cancer, HIV, etc. 8. Patients with uncontrolled hypertension and uncontrolled diabetes mellitus will be excluded. 9.Patients of drug induced Obesity for example Hormonal replacement therapy, consumption of anabolic steroids etc. and any drugs that may influence on the outcome of the study will be excluded. 10.Pregnant women and lactating mothers. 11. If 2 or more pain items, both stiffness items and 4 or more physical function items are missing the response would be regarded as invalid and that patient will be excluded.

To evaluate the efficacy of Guduchyadi Yog along with Panchatikta Ghrita Guggul in the management of Sthaulyajanit Sandhigatvata onWOMAC scale. 2.To evaluate the efficacy of Panchatikta Ghrita Guggul in the management of Sthaulyajanit Sandhigatvata on WOMAC scale. 3.To compare the efficacy of Panchatikta Ghrita Guggul along with and without Guduchyadi Yogin the management of Sthaulyajanit Sandhigatvata on WOMAC scale. Timepoint: At baseline, 15th day, 30th day.
