Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects between 40 to 70 years of age of either sex. 2. patients suffering from bony enlargement, bony tenderness with no palpable warmth 3. patients diagnosed with Knee osteoarthritis as per ACR Criteria 4. Grade 1 and Grade 2 radiographic changes as per KL Classification

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Grade 3 and grade 4 radiographic changes 2. History of knee replacement surgery 3. History of prior intra-articular corticosteroid administration or Hyaluronic acid administration.
