Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Adhesive capsulitis 2.Rotator cuff tendinopathy, 3.Bursitis, shoulder impingement syndrome, fracture of the shoulder joint, 4.Individual who can read and understand Assamese language

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Critically ill patients 2.Neurological causes 3.Mentally challenged patient 4.Patients not willing to participate in the study
