Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Case diagnosed with ACR-EULAR Gout Classification Criteria Scoring 8 and above. 2. Age: 30 to 50 years. 3.Including both genders. 4.Including all socioeconomic classes. 5. Patients who give voluntary written informed consent will be enrolled in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients have secondary gout. 2. Pregnant and lactating women.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected from the study that it will increase the scope of BBCR in selecting Individualized Homoeopathic medicine in treatment of Joint diseases especially Gout and will provide good alternative to the conventional mode of treatment with no side effects. Timepoint: 3 Months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1.To assess the severity & outcome of the pain by using the Visual Analouge Scale (VAS) before and after treatment. 2.To know the co-relation of dietary intake in Gout patients. Timepoint: 3 months
