Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Undergraduate physiotherapy students from first year to final year. 2. Students with moderate or higher level of involvement in physical activity (1.5 hour/day for about 5 days in a week) since 6 months. 3. Students with low level of involvement or physically inactive. 4. Students who gave consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Students who are taking psychological treatment since 6 months. 2. Students who has undergone any surgery 3 months back. 3. Students having any history of trauma or fracture a 1 month back.
