Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are willing to participate in study 2. Patients with both infraorbital hyperpigmentation and wrinkles 3. Patients without known platelet dysfunction syndrome
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with known platelet dysfunction syndrome 2. Patients with co-morbidities 3. Pregnant women and lactating mothers 4. Smoking 5. Patients with local inflammatory skin disorders or active herpes infection 6. Patients on anticoagulants and NSAIDS 7. Hemoglobin level less than 10g/dl 8. Critical thrombocytopenia less than 50,000/cumm 9. Terminally ill patients 10. Patients with keloid tendency
