Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Subjects willing to participate in this study. 2)All male and female asymptomatic overhead recreational badminton players. 3)Duration of sporting activities for 2 years with at least 6 months a year and frequency of minimum 40 minutes thrice a week. 4)Participants who have not participated in any other research in last one year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Any subjects who had any history of upper limb fractures within the past 2 months . 2)Shoulder or neck musculoskeletal surgery in past 6 months 3)Cervical spine pathology and or spinal deformity and glenohumeral joint subluxation or dislocation within the past 6 months
