Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants who are competent and willing to provide written informed consent. 2.Serum TSH levels more than 4.12 mIU/L 3.Serum FreeT4 level less than normal limit. 4.Patients who agreed to follow the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, uncontrolled hypertension. 2. Lactating mother 3. Pregnant lady 4. Taking other hormonal therapy or pill. 5. Participants with evidence of malignancy. 6. Person who suffer any cardiac disease 7. Person recent received any surgical intervention 6. Person who take any anti-anxiety or depressive drug. 7. Secondary causes of hypothyroidism. 8. Patients who are not willing to include themselves under trial or give consent.
