Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy individuals of Age between 18 to 30 years will be included in the study. Individuals with Madhyam and Pravara Mamsa Saarta and Majja Saarta

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals below 18 years and above 30 years will be excluded Pregnant women, History of Hypertension, diabetes Hyper or Hypothyroidism Individuals with Avara Mamsa Saarta and Majja Saarta

To identify Mamsa Saarta and Majja Saarta individuals with the help of validated questionnaire performa. To compare which of these two Saarta has more Bala either Mamsa and Majja Saarta individuals with the help of Harvard Step Test.Timepoint: 60 days

MeasureTime frame
Harvard Step Test method is effective in determining physical fitness (Bala) of an individual.Timepoint: 30 days
