Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age above 18 years both married and unmarried which are being evaluate for ED Willingness to participate in the study, with the ability to provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe cardiovascular conditions with outflow limit, including recent myocardial infarction, unstable angina, or severe heart failure and nitrates or nitric oxide donors taken in any form either regularly or intermittently. Patients with history of trauma, postoperative status for some other penile pathologies, Peyronies disease. Individuals with known hypersensitivity or allergies to sildenafil, tadalafil, papaverine, or any components of these medications. Individuals with a history of priapism, as certain vasoactive agents may increase the risk of priapism. Individuals with bleeding disorders or those on anticoagulant therapy, as the administration of vasoactive agents may pose an increased risk of bleeding.

MeasureTime frame
Visual erectile response induced by oral sildenafil, oral tadalafil, or ICI papaverine during the examination. Timepoint: 2 years
