Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: participants satisfying case definition for Phobic anxiety disorder

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.PAD with another psychiatric comorbidity 2.subjects who used psychotropic medicines in the past 2 weeks 3.subject who are pregnant or lactating 4.severe systemic illness using conventional medicine 5.substance-induced disorders 6.immunocompromised conditions like HIV, TB etc.

MeasureTime frame
To decrease the intensity of symptoms in a patient arising due to phobias using individualized homoeopathic medicines. the change in intensity of symptoms is measured using American psychiatric association phobia scales, the decrease in total scores from baseline scores indicate good outcome.Timepoint: After medicinal prescription using American Psychiatric Association Phobia scale the changes will be assessed for every 1 month interval during monthly follow up for consecutive 6 months.

The quality of life of people with phobic anxiety disorder is to be improved. The reduction in total scores of baseline to that of 6th month indicates good outcome of treatmentTimepoint: WHO quality of life questionnaire will be assessed during baseline & at 6th month of study after medicinal intervention & values are compared
