Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Volunteers without any knee complaints 2.Willing to participate 3.Able to communicate in English language only

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Participants with fixed bony deformity in lower limbs 2.Decreased flexibility of trunk 3.Any musculoskeletal injury or surgery in lower limbs in the last one year.
