Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient giving valid consent. 2. Age group of 18 to 65 years. 3. Diabetic and Non-diabetic individuals of either sex posted for elective surgeries under general anaesthesia requiring endotracheal intubation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with congenital anatomical deformity involving the oral airway such as Laryngomalacia, Supraglottic stenosis, Subglottic stenosis, Laryngomalacia. 2. Patients with fixed neck deformity due to previous instrumentation surgeries. 3. Patients with anatomical deformity of face, neck, palate and hands due to trauma and surgery. 4. Patients with diseases such as Rheumatoid arthritis, Thyroid swelling. 5. Emergency surgeries.
