Intervention1: INTRANASAL SALMON CALCITONIN SPRAY - CALCINASE SPRAY: 3.7ML OF CLEAR SOLUTION WTIH A CONCENTRATION OF 2200IU SALMON CALCITONIN PER ML, AND 0.01% BENZALKONIUM CHLORIDE AS A PRESERVATIVE.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Mandibular and Maxillary Fractures. 2. Patients with moderate systemic diseases, categorized as ASA II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with adverse outcomes such as postoperative malocclusion, interfragmentary mobility and step deformity. 2. Patients categorized as ASA I, III and IV. 3. Patients diagnosed with pathological lesions of the jaw.
