Intervention1: liothyronine(T3): Dose of 1/20th of the previous dose of levothyroxine dose.
Oral 5 mcg Liothyronine Once daily for 3 months with randomised cross over

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Hypothyroid patients aged 18 to 65 years with residual symptoms despite optimal LT4 treatment with Normal Stable TSH(0.4 to 4.2) for a period of 6 months with(QoL score more than 60)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy CAD T2DM COPD Malabsorption disorder Gastrointestinal surgeries Significant renal or liver dysfunction anemia seizure disorders any active cancer uncontrolled psychosis and psychotropic medications. Drugs including corticosteroids amiodarone iron supplements sucralfate proton pump inhibitors and cholestyramine or OCP or any co prescription of treatment known to affect thyroid hormone metabolism and bioavailability.
