Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Type 2 DM Fib 4 score 1.3 USG abdomen showing fatty liver

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Heart failure patient CAD on nitrate Urinary tract infection Allergic to drugs
