Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patient between 18 to 60 years Inflammatory marker like ESR are in elevated sate Anti-CCP positive with or without Radiological changes patient selected as per ACR (American college of rhuematology) and EULAR(EUROPEAN League Against RHEUMATISM 2020

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with history of recurrent fractures tumours of bone patients with known history of cardiac diseases pulmonary TB that may interfere with the study Pregnant and lactating women Chronicity more than 5 years
