Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients of either sex between 18-60 years of age Patients weighing between 50-70 kgs Patients belonging to ASA grade 1 and 2 Patients undergoing elective surgeries under General Anaesthesia Written informed consent Duration of surgery-45 to 120 minutes
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients unwilling to given consent for proposed study Patients in whom General Anaesthesia will be contraindicated Patients with Cardiovascular disorder,Respiratory disorder,Diabetes,Hypertension and obesity. Patients allergic to Dexmedetomidine and Fentanyl Patient fitting in the criteria of difficult intubation (Mallampatti grade 3 and 4) Patients with anticipated difficult airway
