Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Subjects aged between 20 -65 years. 2.Subjects identified with MetS according to HARMONIZED CRITERIA 2009- any three of the following: Waist circumference: –90cm(men),80cm(women) Elevated triglycerides: =150 mg/dL (1.7 mmol/L) or On drug treatment for elevated triglycerides Reduced HDL-C: = 40 mg/dL (1.03 mmol/L) in men = 50 mg/dL (1.3 mmol/L) in women or on drug treatment for reduced HDL-C Elevated blood pressure: =130 mm Hg systolic blood pressure or =85 mm Hg diastolic blood pressure or on antihypertensive drug treatment in a patient with a history of hypertension Elevated fasting glucose: =100 mg/dL or on drug treatment for elevated glucose 3.Participants who were willing to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Participants who are known cases of myocardial infarction,chronic liver disease,neoplasm and CKD. 2.Pregnant and lactating mothers. 3.HbA1c =9 % 4.BMI =35kg/m2
