Inclusion criteria: Patients having creatinine less than 5 mg/dl Urea less than 85 mg/dl Patients who are fit for virechana and vamana

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with multi organ failure Patients with creatinine more than 5 mg/dl Urea more than 85 mg/dl Patients with chronic infections Patients with HIV HBSAg positive Patients who are on dialysis
