Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient who is pre diagnosed with Premenstrual Syndrome. 2. All socio-economic status 3. Patient who gives consent for participating in study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient suffering from Premenstrual syndrome with any associated pathology 2.Patient suffering from Premenstrual syndrome with any psychiatry disorder 3.Patient who is on oral contraceptive pill 4. Pregnant and Lactating women 5. Patient who is having Perimenopausal phase
