Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals of 20-40 years of both genders will be included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals having any musculoskeletal or neurological disorders will be excluded from the study.

MeasureTime frame
Deep Neck Flexor Endurance TestTimepoint: It will be assessed only once.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Hand grip strengthTimepoint: Hand Grip strength will be assessed of both dominant and non dominant hand. Three measurements will be done on each side and the mean of the data will be used for further analysis.
