Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects having all or at least any one of the diagnostic criteria were selected for the study. 2. As per BMI Person having =25 Kg/m² 3. As per SKIN FOLD THICKNESS in male having =91mm. and in female having =101mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects having history of serious cardiac disorders like MI, cardiac failure, etc. 2. Subjects having any major illness, diabetes mellitus, hypertension etc. 3. Subjects having a history of Endocrine disorders, renal disorder, Skin allergy disorder, skin sensitivity, PCOD And major surgery like organ transplant etc. 4. Pregnant females and lactating mothers. 5. Patients who have taken medication of corticosteroids, psycho-pharmacological drugs within last 6 months.

Evaluation of the combined efficacy of Yavamalaka churna orally along with Udvartana karma in the management of Sthaulya (Obesity), Which will measure through BMI and Waist to Hip Ratio. Timepoint: 30 Days; 30days continuous medicine and 15 days alternative Udvartana karma (7days continues and 7days break and again 7days continues total 15days).
